The Company is looking for a new web developer to grow our development team. The Company is an expanding web consultancy and digital media house based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. With a large and varied client base our projects range from local companies to large corporate web sites. Each of our websites is unique, designed in-house and built specifically to our client’s needs. Our business has grown due to a steady stream of referrals from satisfied clients. This is because we value our customer’s satisfaction against everything else. As an ambitious company we are looking to build our team, with a web developer who enjoys a close team spirit, professional working environment and who will benefit from opportunities to develop their design and technical web skills and career. If you feel you will fit the role and have the skills detailed below, we would love to hear from you. Your role will be to work closely with the project manager, designer and other developers to develop ASP.NET websites. We have developed our own in-house CMS that is used on over 150 sites worldwide and are looking for another developer to join our growing company. Your role would be to develop sites using ASP.NET C# (Web Forms, and in the future MVC) and structure any associated databases (MS SQL Server). This job will require a strong desire to learn independently and to come up with new ideas with the other developers to help grow our offering. Ideally you should have the following essential Skills: ASP.NET C# HTML5 & CSS MS SQL Server Entity Framework (Or at least an understanding of similar ORMs) An understanding of Visual Studio (How to configure and use) Work effectively both independently and as a team Have a real keen interest in modern web technologies In addition any of the following skills would be desirable: ASP.NET MVC Web Services (REST and/or WCF) Angular.js & Node.js Web Servers (IIS & SQL Server) Ideally you will be a graduate with experience in the digital industry. You will be enthusiastic about the web and its associated technology. You will have a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn new skills.
