The Department
As the agency evolves we are adding a Consumer Insights department to bolster our client offering. The department will be responsible for the following disciplines:
Analysing, reporting and improving on-site performance and e-commerce metrics
Search engine optimisation, for both new digital projects and for existing client assets
Pay per click (Launching 2017)
The Role
We are looking for a digital analyst to help assist in the setup and performance of the Consumer Insights team. Supporting and reporting to the head of the Digital insights team, the candidate will need a strong appreciation of data. The candidate will be coached across the 3 disciplines outlined above (Department) and in time will be encouraged to follow a career path either with a focus on one or all of the disciplines.
A background in any of the disciplines or marketing is not a pre-requisite, as the candidate will receive coaching, attend courses and be given lots of support to achieve this. A pre-requisite is a proven history of dealing with data, be it a relevant degree/diploma and/or work experience. The role will include data extraction, data manipulation, data transformation and interpretation. The candidate must be inquisitive and analytical, with a keen eye for detail.
