Job Title – PHP Developer

Job Description:

You will be working within the Affiliate team, working with them to improve the Affiliate Network platform. Making improvements and solving issues that directly impact the end users, the Affiliates and Affiliate Managers.

You will have a Junior Developer reporting to you directly, who you will over see, mentor and train.

You will report in to the Head of Affiliates, ensuring the work you are doing is focused on removing pain points and focusing on tasks that make a real difference to the business and end users. However, you will be overseen by the Head of Development who will ensure the code produced is to a high standard and the right programming technics are being used.

We are looking for an individual that is solution driven. One that is happy to communicate and work with technical and non technical team members. A real business team player, who can see the impact development decision have on the end user and business.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of PHP with particular attention to object orientated programming techniques

MVC frameworks/Symfony

Web Skills HTML5, CSS3, Javascript & JQuery

Able to work with git, use a unix shell

Responsible for clean, readable and well documented code

Work as part of a team in a dynamic, creative environment

Desirable Skills:

Bootstrap, NodeJS, Gulp and Bower

Serverless technologies

AWS experience
